Public Offer Agreement HeyJune

This agreement is an official and public offer by the Seller to conclude a contract of sale for goods presented on the website https://heyjune.store.

By placing an order, the Buyer fully accepts the terms of this Agreement, including the procedure for placing an order, payment, delivery, return of goods, and other terms of cooperation.

The agreement is considered concluded from the moment the "Confirm Order" button is clicked on the order placement page.

1. Definition of Terms

1.1. Public Offer

A public offer by the Seller to conclude a contract of sale of goods remotely.

1.2. Goods

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

3. Placing an Order

The Buyer places an order independently through the website or using the contacts specified on the website.
The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill an order if the Buyer's data is incomplete or inaccurate.

When placing an order, the Buyer provides:

first name and last name;
phone number;
delivery address;
email;
bank details (if necessary).

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms:

that they are familiar with the terms of this Agreement;
consent to the processing of personal data;
agreement with the Heyjune Privacy Policy.

4. Price and Delivery of Goods

Prices for goods are indicated on the online store's website.
The Seller has the right to change prices until the order is placed.
Delivery costs are paid separately by the Buyer according to the delivery service's tariffs.
Payment for goods is made by the methods specified on the website.
The order is considered paid after the funds are received in the Seller's account.

Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check:

completeness;
appearance;
compliance with the order.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Seller undertakes to:

transfer goods of proper quality to the Buyer;
not disclose personal data;
fulfill the terms of this Agreement.

5.2. The Seller has the right to:

change the terms of the Agreement;
change prices for goods;
refuse to fulfill an order.

5.3. The Buyer undertakes to:

familiarize themselves with the terms of the Agreement;
provide accurate data;
pay for and accept the goods.

6. Return of Goods

The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days.

Returns are possible provided:

the goods have not been used;
the marketable appearance is preserved;
packaging and tags are preserved;
a document confirming the purchase is available.
Refunds are made within 7 calendar days after receipt of the goods.
The cost of delivery for returns is paid by the Buyer.
Custom-made or personalized goods are not subject to return.

7. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for improper use of the goods.
The Seller is not responsible for inaccurate data provided by the Buyer.
The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
The parties are released from liability in case of force majeure.

8. Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Data

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data.
The Seller does not disclose the Buyer's personal data without legal grounds.
The Buyer is responsible for the relevance of personal data.

9. Other Terms

The agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
All disputes are resolved through negotiations or in court.
The Seller has the right to change the terms of the Agreement without prior notice.

10. Term of the Agreement

The agreement enters into force from the moment the Buyer places an order and remains valid until the parties fully fulfill their obligations.

11. Conditions for Termination of the Agreement

The Seller has the right to terminate the Agreement in case of:

violation of the terms of the Agreement by the Buyer;
provision of inaccurate information;
violation of payment terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is referred to court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
