Product warranty

We care about the quality of our products, so HeyJune car hammocks are guaranteed for 6 months from the moment of receipt of the product.

The warranty covers:
◉ Fabric and material manufacturing defects.
◉ Manufacturing defects of fittings (fasteners, buckles and other components).
◉ Other manufacturing defects discovered during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
◉ Mechanical impact, including cuts, punctures, snags, claws or teeth of animals.
◉ Excessive load or use of the product not for its intended purpose.
◉ Violation of care, washing and storage recommendations.
◉ Natural wear and tear of materials during operation.

Seams and attachment points
Damage to seams, belts and fastening points are not automatically considered warranty cases. Each appeal is considered individually, taking into account the nature of the damage and the reasons for its occurrence.

If the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect, it is considered within the warranty obligations.

How to apply for a warranty?
If you find a defect, please contact us and provide:
◉ Order number or purchase confirmation.
◉ Photo or video of the detected defect.
◉ A brief description of the circumstances under which the damage was detected.

We will consider the appeal, if necessary, organize an inspection of the product and offer a solution in accordance with the nature of the defect and the current legislation of Ukraine.
